2010 Humorous Speech and Table Topics Competition Winners

Congratulations Paul and John. The Liberty Village Toastmasters group pleased to announce the winners of the 2009 & 2010 club’s Humorous Speech and Table Topics Competition winners. In the Humorous Speech Contest, our first runner up was Jay Rao with his speech titled "After School Showdown" and our Winner was Paul Vlaovic with his speech titled “The Squirrels in the Attic". In the Table Topics Competition, the first runner up was Millee Zhou, and the winner was John Kjarsgaard. The winners and runners up will be eligible to compete in the Area Contest at the Simcoe Speakers Club on Tuesday, October 6th starting at 5:00 pm. Our Competitors were in the Humorous Speech Contest Simon Thang, Jay Rao and Paul Vlaovic. Eric Del Col, Millee Zhou, Andrea Jackson and John Kjarsgaard competed in the Table Topics Competition. Congratulations to all the contestants, and special thanks to all the members who took on the roles necessary to make the contest a success.
