Our Club Officer Elections meeting is on for this Wednesday, May 14th! Our Meeting /Election Chair is STEVEN. The meeting starts at 6:15pm ET and we are at our regular location! Let’s support our fellow members and vote in our next Club Executive Committee!

NOTE: Definition of “a quorum”

— “A simple majority of the active members (50% + 1)”.

In our Club’s case, the attendance of at least 22 active members are needed to conduct club business, including electing officers. Proxies or absentee ballots are not allowed at the club level. Members must be in good standing and present to vote.
